If anyone has dealt with or experienced chronic care management, they would know how tough caring is and how chronic care is a lifetime commitment. Quality and Safety Education for Nurses (QSEN) contributes numerous ways to developing better chronic care. QSEN has developed six areas that are the main focus for nursing education which are informatics, patient-centered care, teamwork and collaboration, evidence-based practice, quality improvement and safety.
